Curly we got back in august 2009 from a local pound, he was in a bit of a state and had terrible kennel cough for weeks, we think he was about 7 months or so old then, he is a lakeland terrier, curly we believe was from a show background but he was a cryptochorchid so the vet thought he may have been dumped as this is seen as a breed defect >:(anyway he's now neutered so it doesn't matter, he is a lovely dog though can be a typical feisty little terrier at times! he is my 'soul' dog and i love him dearly. This is him asleep on my legs, his usual spot, he sleeps like this on our bed too! nope, i'm his bed! Attachments:

noodle we got from the pound this january, we got her on the sun, on mon she was to be pts, noodle is only between 1 1/2 and 2 years old now and is a bedlington terrier, she was in an appaling state, her hair was one big mass of matt, with long matted bits hanging off her bum, she was covered in flea bites and sores and weighed only 4.45 kg, she's now 6.95kg! it took me 3 hours to cut all her hair off, she had obviously had a pretty awful life, been kicked around, starved and we think maybe kept in a shed or dark place as she liked to hide behind our armchair and still likes the dark, anyway she's come on great since then, been spayed, puts loads of weight on, and is a bossy boots with curly our other ex poundie! she is though a lovely, cuddly little thing and it's beyond me how anyone could've treated her so badly? well you're safe now, noodle best. Had Bernie for 3 years now, came to us at 1 year old. For the first year of his life he was kept in a yard and a shed and didn't have any walks. He is now a very faithful dog and loves the freedom at the park off his lead! ][/img]

Missie is just over 3 years old and has been with us 2 years. She is very nervous and doesnt like sudden noises and hates the post dropping through the door. Dont know what has made her like this but something in her past has affected her. Having said that she is another faithful loving dog!

Buddy has been with me since July 2011. He was found on New Years Eve abandoned in a park, taken to a well known rescue organisation who vaccinated him and after 4 days marked him for PTS as had displayed kennel guarding, human aggression and dog aggression He luckily went to a no kill shelter called the Doris Banham rescue where I found him. He is a wonderful dog who is making huge progress with nervous dog aggression has intergrated well with some friends dogs and behaved impeccably at the companion show (hence photo). He has no people aggression although gets nervous when strangers invade his space or are overbearing! Unfortunately he has allergies and I am his 7th home in 18 months. However, he is now making good progress at agility and the dog sport of Schutzhund and fortunately has no seperation anxiety! ;D Please meet Mr Budley ;D

This is Toby (the dog formerly known as Prince!) aged 1. He came to our home about 6 months a go now and from the moment I saw him I knew instantly I could put all of my trust into him. He had been a pup for sale at a fair in Ireland and the last of not very well looked after 8 puppies was bought by an elderly couple. Unfortunately after a few months they couldn't manage his boisterous personality and had to give him up. Eventually he made his way to Allsorts and we spotted him online. When we first got him he was very very underweight and even though he's gained a healthy weight now he can still eat for England!! He graduated from puppy school recently even though he was the biggest by far. He's very obedient (especially when a treat is involved) and he loves to give big bear hugs. ;D

Cassie our border terrier cross. She was found at the side of a busy motorway, having obviously been thrown from a moving car! She had recently had puppies but no one knows what had happened to them. She has been with us for 3 months and has gone from a quivering wreck who would jump at her shadow to a lovely confident terrier, who is definitely the boss of our dogs!

Our real Mr Heinz Benjy while he may not have 57 varieties he definitely is a real mixture. He was rescued from Ireland, where he was found abandoned in a shed. He had a broken leg that had been left untreated and had healed at a slightly odd angle but which causes he no problems. He has a gentle nature and really loves life. Attachments:

Ollie our handsome rescue dog who was rescued from Ireland. He was rescued from by the wardens on a large estate in Dublin where he had suffered terrible abuse and neglect. No one ever believes he is a rescue dog because he is such a gentle boy. Considering how he suffered it amazing what a lovely dog Attachments:
